- Often times, employers will have to make several phone calls to get questions answered. Employers Advantage eliminates those hassles by providing employers with one toll-free number. Any questions regarding our product can be answered or re-directed by your live, dedicated account manager.
- Our approach to billing and funding is simple. Once a month, the employer will receive one, itemized invoice. Employers Advantage contracts with all vendors during the initial set-up process. This process allows us to deliver timely, accurate invoices showing employers exactly where their money is going.
HR Assistance
- Employers Advantage provides online tools to its clients. Employers can manage eligibility, track current outstanding claims issues, and have instant access to invoicing summaries.
- Our enrollment team will come to your location and help enroll employees as well as providing help and assistance with any questions they may have regarding the health plan. We also are happy to offer enrollment processing through an easy-to-use website.
- We'll provide all the forms and materials to help keep your employees enrollment data up to date.
